FLANGES FOR WARP BEAMS

Light metal alloy or steel zinked flanges in different types and diameters: from 300 to 1600 mm.
Light metal alloy or steel clamping rings.
Type of clamping: radial or axial.
Inside rectified surface.
Light metal alloy flanges with anodizing or epoxy painting treatment by request.
Steel flanges with electrolitically zinked surface.
Models according to ISO 8116 rule.
Thickness of MOVEABLE or FIXED flanges as per requests or directions of looms makers.

MOVEABLE RIBBED FLANGES

Type LG (Q1) with radial ribs,
max. thickness 85 mm,
for cotton yarn.
POLYGONAL Type (Q2)
with polygonal ribs,
max. thickness 90 mm,
for wool, mixed yarns and
discontinuous synthetic yarns
(spun yarn)
.

STAR Type (Q3) with crossed ribs,
thickness from 85 to 115 mm,
for relaxed synthetic yarns and
technical yarns.
RDH Type (Q3-Q4) with radial ribs,
thickness from 85 to 130 mm,
for unrelaxed synthetic yarns,
technical yarns and textile glass yarns.

MOVEABLE DOUBLE WALL FLANGES
Under the same resistance they have inferior deformations and flexions compared to ribbed flanges.
They are more suitable for fine yarns.

OSCAR Type (Q2)
max. thickness 85 mm
for discontinuous synthetic yarns
(spun yarn).
TITAN Type (Q3)
TITAN-H Type (Q4)
max. thickness 85 mm
for continuous synthetic yarns.

FIXED FLANGES FOR HALF BEAMS

Light metal alloy type,
thickness from 29 to 40 mm,
for natural yarns.
Steel zinked type,
thickness from 15 to 37 mm,
for synthetic yarns.
